Member app migration & launch
Supporting Goodiebox in defining how to bring their 80,000+ members from their legacy web platform to a new members app. We defined the strategy and delivered native iOS and Android apps for 80,000+ members, launched in 2025 with 70%+ active users. This represents a transformation in member engagement.
We provided senior advisory for strategy, concept development and project planning, setting the development team, scoping the project, and delivering the Android and iOS apps. The project launched in 2025 and is already a tremendous success with over 70% of the members already on the apps as active users.
Our team provided tech staffing with lead development for mobile as well as ongoing QA and continuous development.
Fashion tech team build-out
Establishing and providing tech team for global leading fashion tech company doing fashion customization, made-to-order and personalisation technology. PlatformE serves clients like Dior, Hermes, Hugo Boss, Gucci and more.
We advised PlatformE and provided temporary fractional CTO to secure successful team transition period. The team provided by énorme included CTO, VP of Engineering, Team Lead, Front-end developer, Back-end developer, and UX/UI Designer.
Circular fashion platform
Innovative circular tech solution for a disruptive circular business model where users have access to clothing instead of buying to own. We built the circular ERP and PoS as part of the Berlin-based fashion rental service POOL's tech platform.
The solution included a web-app for members to browse, rent and subscribe to the fashion service, creating a sustainable alternative to traditional fashion consumption patterns.

Alfa Laval is a leading global provider of specialized products and engineering solutions based on its key technologies of heat transfer, separation and fluid handling. The company is committed to optimizing the performance of customers' processes.
We delivered senior advisory for potential tech initiative, providing tech scoping for front-end technologies, back-end systems as well as development plans and budgets. The project is ongoing, demonstrating our ability to work with large industrial enterprises on digital transformation initiatives.

Global employee platform
An award-winning global tech platform including an employee app to incentivize business critical behavior, built from scratch and rolled out globally for one of the largest employers in the world.
Creating a motivational design innovation from scratch to implementation in real operations at ISS clients like GoDaddy, HP, The Danish Defence, Nordea, Danske Bank, Accenture, Sony, PwC and more. We successfully navigated a complex stakeholder landscape involving multiple HQ teams, service providers, and account teams operating on each ISS client.
Successfully implementing a modern and integrated tech solution in a legacy IT landscape, conducting global anthropological field research, mapping work processes, identifying personas/cultures, understanding motivational drivers and opportunities mapping. We lifted the research methods by close sparring with leading experts in Anthropology.
Motivation & performance UX
Hilton Worldwide is a leading global hospitality company, with a portfolio of 19 world-class brands, including Waldorf Astoria, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and DoubleTree. Hilton's revenue managers (RMs) are responsible for optimizing hotel room pricing across a portfolio of properties.
However, after a few months on the job, some RMs began to feel disengaged once they mastered their roles, while others grew frustrated when overlooked for promotions. The need to maintain motivation and a sense of progress for all team members became a growing concern.
In response to these challenges, we launched a Design Thinking process including extensive anthropological user research and a Concept Development Week in collaboration with an Employee Advisory Group. The user insights told that the goal was to develop a solution that would increase transparency around performance and progress, while also fostering a more motivating work environment.
Achievements include creating a motivational design innovation from scratch to implementation in real operations at Hilton in the US, implementing a modern and integrated tech solution in an old legacy IT landscape, successfully bringing 25 stakeholders into a creative design process, building very strong and modern frontend design via close UX collaboration, building very solid user insights by having anthropologists on the project, and lifting the research methods by close sparring with leading experts in Anthropology.
